Clubhouse
The clubhouse will open on May 29, 2021.
Located at 156 Durham Lakes Parkway, the clubhouse will be available to reserve beginning June 1, 2021!
Pool
The pool will open on May 29, 2021.
The Durham Lakes Pool is open for residents to use between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please use key-card to access.
Tennis Courts
Two tennis courts will open in May, 2021.
Two tennis courts are off the side of the clubhouse for resident use. Please use key-card to access.
Playground
Playground will open in May, 2021.
Let the kids get their energy out at the playground! Please use key-card to access.
Basketball Court
Basketball court will open in May, 2021.
