Durham Lakes Clubhouse/Pavilion Reservations

Normal Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Subject to closing due to weather, cleaning, maintenance, emergency, etc.

 

RULES/REGULATIONS

Booking

·        If interested, all reservations MUST be made at least 14 days in advance of an event.

·        Payments accepted via credit cards, debit cards, cashier’s check, and money orders. NO personal checks will be accepted.

·        A pre-walkthrough and a post-walkthrough of the Durham Lakes Facilities (i.e. Clubhouse, Pavilion, Restrooms, green space and all adjacent
common area of the Association) MUST be completed before your deposit is returned.

Event Times – Failure to vacate the Durham Lakes Facilities on time will result in the loss of your deposit.

·        There is a 6-hour limit per event. UNLESS STATED/PAID!

·        The 6-hour limit includes 2 hours for set-up & breakdown.

·       Sponsoring Owners will receive a 10-minute grace period; however, the Sponsoring Owner will be charged $15.00 for each 10-minute delay
past the end of the rental period. Should use of the Durham Lakes Facilities extend past the end of the rental period longer than 10 minutes, late charges will be assessed. (i.e., 30 min. delay = $45.00; 60 min. delay = $90.00; 120 min. delay = $180.00, etc.)

Trash/Cleanup - All trash MUST be collected and placed in the proper receptacles. Cleaning fee applied.

·        Bin location at the top of the pavilion BREEZEWAY (restroom hall), near the water fountains.

·        Place chairs and tables back to its original setup. Clean, if needed, prior to storing them.

·        Both male and female restrooms are to be restored to their previous order. 

Music/Entertainment: Limited.

·        NO loud or offensive music is permitted.

·        Speakers with Mics and DJs are allowed for parties (under the pavilion), however not in the pool areas.

 

CLUBHOUSE/PAVILION/POOL FAQs

·      All day parties must be over no later than midnight, clean up time included.

·        Events must end on time to ensure proper breakdown and cleaning of the Durham Lake Facilities.

·        Security personnel is required for events with alcohol and any event where the Durham Lakes Facilities will be occupied past 6:00 p.m.

·        Residents are NOT to be restricted from the pool during event.

·        Clubhouse Max Guest: 50 persons

o   9 Tables (5 square/ 4 rectangle)

o   20 Black chairs/ 4 Tall Bar chairs

·        Pavilion Max Guests: 80 persons

o   10 Rectangle Tables

o   10 Circle Tables

o   100 Chairs
·       CURRENT POOL CAPACITY IS     40 PPL (DURING POOL SEASON)
